Bonnet on Citysearch!

Bonnet got an editorial review on Citysearch! This is what editor Ashley Gartland has to say about Portland's newest hat shop:

"In the heart of the Pearl District, this street side boutique offers an array of options for adorning the head. Inside, glass and wrought-iron shelves and a decorative room divider front pale citrus-hued walls and give the space the appeal of an intimate, oversized dressing room. A wide selection of headwear for him and her fills the shelves from caps to cloches to fedoras. To complete the outfit, the owner also stocks scarves, tights, and local jewelry that add to authentic style as well as any hat could...The boutique also houses a skincare salon, offering services like waxing and facials with their staff esthetician to make certain the face under the cap positively glows."

We are so thrilled to be getting such good responses from the community, and we hope it inspires everyone to come in and visit the shop. We also invite you to utilize what a great site Citysearch is and contribute a review to Bonnet's page! Click here to see our page on Citysearch!

Bonnet on Neighborhood Notes!

Neighborhood Notes has made a noteable discovery...Bonnet and our neighbor, Cocoon Silk, who just moved in a couple weeks ago. We are excited to have such pretty dresses perched next to us, and Neighborhood Notes seem to think we are both a good addition to the block. This is what they have to say about Bonnet:

"Bonnet is located next door to Cocoon Silk at 412 NW 11th Avenue. It opened in December, which was perfect timing for its collection of unique hats and accessories for men and women. As you might suspect, Portland's recent snowpocalypse was great for business!"

They posted some great photos, too!

Portland Picks picks Bonnet!

Click here to visit Portland Picks

This is what Portland Picks has to say about Bonnet:

"Between the shaky economy and the unexpected snowstorm, our holiday shopping plans went a little, er, haywire. We had to play catch-up for some crucial people in our lives when we ducked into Bonnet, and found a delightful, well-appointed hat and accessory store that relieved our post-holiday guilt.

Bonnet features hats by Christy's of London, Grace Hats,
and DeLux, to name a few. The styles range from cloche to newsboy, and the selection is spot-on for that special Portland style. Patricia, Bonnet's owner, was warm and helpful (not to mention adorable) and we appreciated her eye and candor while we tried on hats. And the accessories! Arm warmers, scarves, felted wristlets, tights, local jewelry, bags... What more could a girl want?

Well, did we mention the skincare salon in the back? Bare Esthetics? (We hear the esthetician has a loyal following for her corrective facials and waxing.) Between the hats, accessories, and skincare, Bonnet's charming wares (and reasonable prices) made our gift-giving fashionably late this year."

We feel so special to be loved! Join the love of Bonnet, and stop in today!

Also, keep an eye out for us next week in Willamette Week!
